if you guard you mind, well there would be an impact that even the wise can't handle. The way to look at it is to Guard your mind from wandering Aimlessly and to ensure that it doesn't collect thoughts that are going to create chaos in your life :)

...and to stop mind from wandering, one needs to meditate, which we never do. We always get involved on the worldy thing and our mind always keeps making strategies. It always wanders. It always will, since we only give the seed to grow into tree.
