In this regard Lao Tzu also says "He who conquers others is strong; He who conquers himself is mighty."

Just saw the blog and found it very interesting. To me it is - a beautiful piece of land with different kinds of herbs - every single one is useful/beneficial.

The basic nature of mind is to wander the better way to say it may be scientifically - Mind is the source and receptor of Cosmic Energy and it keeps on 24/7. It never goes down for more than 25% in the entire lifetime for an average human being...that is when the state of sleep is attained. The maximum shut down is Called the state of Coma - 75% of brain is rendered dysfunctional in this case....

So a still mind would render this as the mind that rather than acting as the transceiver of Cosmic Energy, is the Source of Cosmic energy and the rest of world then just receives the energy and hence surrenders....

Meditation is "Non-doing"... just remain unoccupied and meditation happens spontaneously.

When we are not doing anything the energy moves towards the centre, it settles down towards the centre. When we are doing something the energy moves out. Doing is a way of moving out. Non-doing is a way of moving in.

Not doing anything is the basic human nature but we keep ourself occupied in something or the other, which is definitely not human.
