A student went to his meditation teacher and said, "My meditation is horrible! I feel so distracted, or my legs ache, or I'm constantly falling asleep. It's just horrible!" "It will pass," the teacher said matter-of-factly.
A week later, the student came back to his teacher. "My meditation is wonderful! I feel so aware, so peaceful, so alive! It's just wonderful!'
"It will pass,"the teacher replied matter-of-factly.

wo din na rahe to ye din bhi na rahege
this is a classsic... both the cases he was not in meditative state.
The idea of meditation is thoughtlessness....
You have got the message very rightly, Rohit. Its good to learn that you keep interest in such stuff and think in this direction also.
Well, Rohit you have used a very good term. This is the basic message which this blog communicates. That is the transition "from thought to thoughlessness"; "from time to timelessness"; "from self to no-self"; "from full to emptiness"; "from knowlegde to null, to void".
The very objective is to give people a thought to move towards thoughtlessness, towards emptiness, into the void.
What is meditation?? do you need to put efforts to meditate...if your answer is Yes, then you are absolutely WRONG there....Meditation come effortlessly.....its the state of divine bliss when you just let your mind free and do not try to control it. Meditation is the art that does not need effort and provides peace.....
