It is a platform to share the meaningful thoughts I have come across in my life. I want you to read not only the words but also the hidden meaning in between the lines for better and greater understanding. These are still the secondary details; search for truth needs to be done independently.

Pascal was a French mathematician, physicist, and religious philosopher.
"For after all what is man in nature? A nothing in relation to infinity, all in relation to nothing, a central point between nothing and all and infinitely far from understanding either. The ends of things and their beginnings are impregnably concealed from him in an impenetrable secret. He is equally incapable of seeing the nothingness out of which he was drawn and the infinite in which he is engulfed.”
- Blaise Pascal, Pensées #72
Wow... thats hell of a comment... and Pascal was surely in the wrong industry... he could have tried CONSULTING for his ability to put simple things in complex words...
yeah, in that era career counselling was not practiced
Very good quote! though I am not a person who is much into quotes, this one really hit home. :)

Aloneness is beautiful, it's a bliss. We should learn to enjoy aloneness and we will find most of our miseries will evaporate.
We should understand the difference between loneliness and aloneness. The only freedom from the fear of loneliness is to become aware of our aloneness, and the beauty and power of it. Our innermost center, where we are always alone, is so full and overflowing with all the beauties and benedictions of existence, that once we have tasted it, the pain in you heart will disappear.
Difference between Loneliness and Aloneness -
"Loneliness is when you are lonely, when you are thinking of the other, missing the other, it is a negative state. Aloneness is the presence of oneself, it is very positive, you can fill the universe with your presence and there is no need for anybody."
"Much silence and a good disposition, there are no two works better than those." - Prophet Muhammad

If you could only keep quiet, clear of memories and expectations, you would be able to discern the beautiful pattern of events. Its your restlessness that causes chaos. - Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj
