Life is ecstasy

"Every child is born ecstatic. Ecstasy is natural. It is not something that happens only to great sages. It is something that everybody brings with him into the world; everybody comes with it. It is life's innermost core. It is part of being alive. Life is ecstasy."

"Ecstasy is our very nature; not to be ecstatic is simply unnecessary. To be ecstatic is natural, spontaneous. It needs no effort to be ecstatic, it needs great efforts to be miserable."

ecstasy is an example of altered state of consciousness characterized by diminished awareness of other objects or total lack of the awareness of surroundings and everything around the object.

The state of ecstasy refers to the invert belongingness to something specific, total dedication or concentration

Good scientific explanation but i am not very sure about the term 'awareness'. Don't know whether that is the right term or not because while meditating one is aware of things.

But it's okay it's just the matter of termanology. I got what you are trying to say. And I agree to that - the state of full dedication. Bas wo hi rah jaye, aur kuchh nahi.
